This most recent incident adds to what has become a spate of hostile and ridiculous 'bad boy' antics by the star in recent years. Some publications have even reported that Justin may face up to a year in prison this time since the arrest violates his probation.
However Justin's attorney Roy Black is adamant that the singer is no longer on probation and that the arrest doesn't affect his infamous vandalism charge in Miami. A legal expert by the name of Hart Levin who spoke to Hollywood Life disagrees and believes the arrest certainly violates Justin's probation but also insists that any penalty handed down in this matter wouldn't be worse than a 30 day sentence or community service.
